Built in 2020, MAPS Senior Living is a 36-unit one and two bedroom apartment complex built specifically for Seniors 55 and over.   

Following the Moab Area Partnership for Seniors (MAPS) master plan that also built Moab Regional Hospital, Care Center, and Grand Center, MAPS Senior Living is the independent senior living piece envisioned in the MAPS plan.  Developed and owned by HASU, and managed by The Sellers Group, this three-level courtyard apartment complex features 30 affordable and 6 market rate units.

How Do I Apply?

If you would like to apply for MAPS, fill out an application, which can be picked up at the MAPS offices, and return it to MAPS located at 380 W Park Dr, Moab, UT 84532. You can also fax your completed application to 435-355-0992.

Accepts housing choice vouchers.

Residency Restrictions

Restricted to individuals aged 55+ or individuals with a disability.

Income Restrictions or Requirements

6 units are priced at market rate with no income restrictions. 30 units are income restricted, with income restrictions of 30%, 44%, 50%, 52%, and 55% area median income (AMI).

Applicants must make an income of at least 2 time the rent or demonstrate how they will pay rent.
