Arroyo Crossing

Arroyo Crossing is owned and managed by the Moab Area Community Land Trust (MACLT). As a land trust, MACLT leases the land to owners in order preserve affordability in perpetuity. Units are currently under construction.

Skyline Arch at Arroyo Crossing

Developed by the Housing Authority, Skyline Arch is a 32-unit multifamily development located on Bonnie’s Way at Arroyo Crossing. All of the units, a mixture of townhomes and apartments, will be rental, and affordable based on annual income level. Construction has begun and is anticipated to be completed in May 2025. Confluence Cottages at Arroyo Crossing

The Utah Housing Corporation is developing 24 cottages, 1- and 2- bedrooms with loft spaces, at Arroyo Crossing. A walk-in style neighborhood with parking in a separate area, the cottages are between 600-800 square feet for a smaller living footprint. They will be rentals for the 80-115% Grand County AMI range, with monthly rents based on those caps. Construction is underway and is anticipated to be completed in spring/summer 2025.
