Application Process
Download the PDFs found below or pick up a paper application at the Grand Oasis office located at 400 North 500 West, Moab, UT 84532.
Fill out the pre-application checklist and the residency application (both found below) and collect the necessary documents in order to ensure that you are eligible to apply for a home at Grand Oasis.
You will need 2 forms of valid ID, a completed residency application (found below), a completed loan application (if applying for a loan), and $35.00 for the application fee.
Once you have collected and filled out all the necessary documents, call Grand Oasis at (435) 535-2262 to schedule an appointment to review your application.
Once received and reviewed, you will be notified, in writing, within 10 business days of your approval status. If your application is approved, it will be conditioned upon receipt of the following documents:
Landlord verification
Verification of employment
Last 2 paystubs verifying your stated income
If self-employed, last 2 years tax returns
If it is determine that your household is eligible, your name will be put on a waiting list. Once your name comes up to the top of the waiting list, Grand Oasis will contact you by direct mail. If your mailing address changes, notify Grand Oasis immediately so that you can receive your top of the list letter and move into your new home!
