Priority is given to those with the lowest income and/or a disability.

No minimum income requirements. However, there are maximum income restrictions, which vary by unit.

Credit Score

No minimum credit score, however, any housing related collection accounts must be cleared before application can be processed further.

Age Requirements or Restrictions

Applicants must be 62 or older.

Other Restrictions

No felony records.

Application Process

If you are interested in renting an apartment at Archway Village, call 435-259-8674 or email archway@syringaproperties to inquire about receiving a pre-screening application in order to ensure that you are eligible to apply for a home at Archway Village based on age and income. You can also print and fill out the pre-screening application below.

Along with the pre-screening application, you must include:

• Valid photo identification for every adult aged 18 or older

• Social Security Cards for each household member

• Birth Certificates for each minor

• Previous residence history for each adult member of the household

• A $25 per adult application fee

You can return the pre-screening application and other required documents in person or via email. Applicants will be notified by mail if their pre-screening application has been approved.

Once your pre-screening application has been approved, formal rental applications are printed and sent to the applicant. Fill out this application and submit it in person or via email to Archway Village.

Once received and reviewed, you will be notified, in writing, within 10 business days of your approval status.

If it is determine that your household is eligible, your name will be put on a waiting list. Once your name comes up to the top of the waiting list, Archway Village will contact you by direct mail. If your mailing address changes, notify Archway Village immediately so that you can receive your top of the list letter and move into your new home!
